With Element heat exchangers
Cooling systems for various applications:
- Air cooling systems for electrical machines
- Water recooling systems for cooling circuits
- Oil cooling systems for transformers and turbine gearboxes.
- Application: Power plants, electric locomotives
- Cooling systems with process heat exchangers for process engineering
With shell and tube heat exchangers
Design in accordance with the requirements of the Pressure Equipment Directive
and API, ASME or TEMA.
Approval by TÜV or other classification societies
is available on request.
Cooling systems equipped with:
- Pumps in the appropriate design
- Single or double filters
- Ion exchangers for ultrapure water treatment
- Monitoring devices for pressure, temperature, etc.
- Leak warning device
- Control and power regulation
- Safety equipment
With plate heat exchangers
Mainly used for:
- Cooling of ultrapure water (e.g., converter systems)
- Cooling of lubricating oil (e.g., turbine gearboxes)
- Cooling in process engineering
A particular advantage is that the heat exchanger can be adapted to subsequent changes in the overall process performance by changing the number of plates.
Air/air cooling systems
Fully equipped on customer request with:
- Recirculation fan
- Cooling air fan
- Filters for recirculated air and leak air filters.
- Filters for cooling air.
- Silencers for cooling air fans.
- Mounting plates for vibration-damped installation.
- Monitoring devices for pressure and temperature.
- Power control.
Cooling systems designed and tested to meet the operator's safety requirements, e.g.:
- IP54 / IP55 / IP56 / EX protection.
- Special design for offshore operation.
